1.3.2. Shop Offers
Scope
At the "Shop - Offers" submenu you can set up special offers and discounts for the in-game products.
Where to edit
At the left menu, click on Shop, then on Offers, and then select the game you wish to configure from the available games.
Once you have selected a game, the Offers Created window will appear. Click on Create button to create an offer.
Offers - Shop
You are now at "Shop", section 1 of Offers. Here you must select the shops where your offer will be available for users. Check as many types of shops as necessary.
When you finish setting the shops where the offer will be available for users, click on Next button.
Offers - Areas and Countries
You are now at Areas and Countries, section 2 of Offers:
Here you must check the zones and countries your offer will be available at. Please take into account that the countries available for each zone are the ones configured at Wizard > Countries. Check as many zones and countries as necessary.
When you finish setting the countries where the shop will be available for users, click on Next button.
Offers - Packs
You are now at "Packs", section 3 of Offers:
Here you must check the articles that your offer will aply to. Please take into account that the articles available here are the ones configured at Wizard > Articles. Check as many articles as necessary.
When you finish setting the articles, click on the Next button.
Offers - Dates
You are now at "Dates", section 4 of Offers:
Here you must define the Date From (start date) and Date to (end date) for the offer to be available for end users.
Use the first field of a date toinsert the date with a yyyy-mm-dd format and the time with a hh:mm format. You can choose if the time is the global UTC time (13:00 UTC will be converted into 14:00 CEST, 21:00 UTC+8, etc.) or the local time for each country (at 13:00 for every time zone).
When you finish setting the articles, click on the Next button.
Offers - End offer
You are now at "End offer", section 5 of Offers:
Fill in the following fields:
Offer name
Public name of the offer at the shop.
Price discount
Insert the percentage of the disount to be applied to the end user price.
Give extra amount of Items
Insert the extra units of the item to be included in the offer, if any.
Add extra articles
Select from the drop list the extra articles to be included in the offer, if any.
Limit offer to be valid a specific number of times (globally)
Set the number of times that the offer will be available to be redeemed. For example, if you set "1000", it will be available for the first 1000 redemptions.
Limit offer a number of times per user
Set the number of times that the offer will be available to be redeemed by a single user. For example, if you set "1", it will be available for 1 redemption per user. Insert zero is there is no limit of redemptions per user.
Activate charm price
Check this checkbox for the system to automatically round the final price to make it more attractive for users.
When you finish setting the values, click on the Create button. Your offer will apear under "Offers Created".
If you want to edit an offer, click on the edit icon under "Actions"; If you want to delete an offer, click on the close icon under "Actions".
