1.3.3. Shop Coupons
Scope
At the "Shop - Coupon" submenu you can set up promo codes to offer a discount on articles or to receive currency and items for free.
Where to edit
At the left menu, click on Shop, then on Coupon, and the list of coupons created will appear. You can edit a coupon already created by clicking on the tag icon to edit the details of a promo code, on edit icon to edit the general information of a coupon promotion, and on the delete icon to delet the coupon.
Click on the Create button to create a coupon.
Coupon - Create or Edit
You are now at "Configure promotion" window:
Fill in the following fields:
Name
Descriptive name of the offer, not public.
Target Game
Select from the drop list the game the coupon is for.
Limit code to N redemptions
Set the number of times that the offer will be available to be redeemed. For example, if you set "1000", it will be available for the first 1000 redemptions.
Limit to N times per user
Set the number of times that the offer will be available to be redeemed by a single user. For example, if you set "1", it will be available for 1 redemption per user. Insert zero is there is no limit of redemptions per user.
Date from and Date to
Here you must define the Date From (start date) and Date to (end date) for the coupon to be available for end users. Use the first field of a date toinsert the date with a yyyy-mm-dd format and the time with a hh:mm format.
Image
Choose an image for the coupon from your gallery.
Description
Insert the public description of the coupon at he shop in each and every language available.
When you finish setting the shops where the offer will be available for users, click on OK button.
Coupon - Promo code
You now have created your coupon promotion and need to configure the details for every currency by clicking on the tag icon that will open the "Configure a promo code" section:
Fill in the following fields:
Code
Public name of the coupon at the shop. If you don't wish to give it a name, the system will generate automatic alphanumeric promo code names.
Limit code to N redemptions
Set the number of times that the promo code will be available to be redeemed. For example, if you set "1000", it will be available for the first 1000 redemptions.

Set the number of times that the promo code will be available to be redeemed by a single user. For example, if you set "1", it will be available for 1 redemption per user. Insert zero is there is no limit of redemptions per user.
Article to give away
Select from the drop list the article to apply the promo code to.
Payment mode
Select "Free" if the redemtion has no cost for the user and "Single payment" if it has a cost.
Discount
Insert the percentage of discount to be applied to the final end user price of the article/s, for example, "5" (%). Please note that if you select "Free" this field can not be edited.
Discount Fixed
Insert the units of discount to be applied to the final end user price of the article/s, for example "5" (€). Please note that if you select "Free" this field can not be edited.
Discount Currency
Select from the drop list the currency to apply for the promo code.
Price Condition (Over the price)
If the promo code is intended for an article only when the price meets a certain condition (5€ discount for articles with price over 20€" for example).
